"One Eleven" as of December 2007


Here is our home up to now--Left side faces the Beach(South)
(left to right) Dining Room and Living Area over look the Porch,
side facing the street (East)--Living Area, Front Door, Study/
Office, Guest Bedroom #1.

Finishing of Hardie Plank and beginning the Porch

The boarded up opening is the Front Door with Side Lights
and Transom. It is made from Spanish Cedar, so we
are putting them in last.

Shingles-HardieSoffit,Fascia,Trim and HardiePlank Lap Siding


Almost finished with the Porch-- parallel to the street.
If you notice the area of the porch that juts out--there
will be stairs starting approximately where the ladder
rests on the ground and will ascend right to left to
the platform (the jutted out area)

First of the HardiePlank Siding finished.

Under Roof -- First Floor and Loft


View of Beach Dormer -- Note: Long
horizonal opening at the bottom left of picture...
that is where a trundle bed will be housed.
The opening to left of dormer will be a
Bench/Chest for storage and an area
for reading. There is an identical set up
on the right side of dormer.

Loft Bath--opposite street dormer in below picture.
(Note: Roofing shingles soon to be put on)

View from Loft Stairs--Street dormer window will be
delivered this week (08/24/07)

View into the Study/Office--Interior stairs to the
Loft are just to the left of the wall.
View of the Den with new windows-- At the far right,
Tommy is at the Dining Room door that opens onto
the porch.

The outside view of the Kitchen Garden Window. I cannot
wait to have herbs and African Violets in it. It has shelves
and the sides are screened and open for fresh air.
